Executive Business Coordinator
Lauth Investigations International, Inc. is looking for a Executive Business Coordinator. Will assist with supporting the current Claims Department with our existing day-to-day duties, claim correspondence, and claim status.
Interested candidates are in or near Denver, Boulder, Westminster, Longmont and Aurora, as this requires to work out of the Boulder Office.
This position requires 40 hrs per week.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive Business Coordinator provides high-level administrative and operational support to the executive team and serves as a vital bridge between departments, stakeholders, and external contacts. This role ensures seamless operations by managing schedules, coordinating communications, tracking workflows, and handling confidential business matters with professionalism and precision. As a key team player in the Return Assets Division, the Executive Business Coordinator helps drive strategic priorities forward through proactive support, streamlined coordination, and a commitment to excellence in execution.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and travel arrangements for executives
- Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up actions
- Coordinate communications and maintain positive internal and external relationships
Workflow & Project Coordination
- Track progress on business initiatives, helping move projects from planning to execution
- Organize, update, and maintain accurate records in CRM and project management tools
- Support the implementation of operational improvements and cross-functional initiatives
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, presentations, and events
- Assist in planning and logistics for conferences, stakeholder sessions, and team check-ins
- Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Support executive decision-making through timely and accurate information handling
- Assist in overseeing campaign timelines, mailer distributions, and other client-facing initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership on monitoring KPIs, expenses, and performance metrics
- Help identify and implement process efficiencies across administrative and operational areas
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or executive support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software and business productivity tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with sound judgment
- Background supporting executives in legal, investigations, or professional services environments
- Understanding of sales funnels, data tracking, or business operations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
