Lauth Investigations International, Inc. is a small, privately-owned private investigation firm headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, and determined Sales / Business Development Specialist to bring our company to the forefront of the investigations market in Indiana and across the United States.  

What you will be doing: 

To provide Case management services to LII and claimants by providing service needs through the probate process.  Develop, monitor, and evaluate probate process and facilitate interdisciplinary approaches. Monitor open cases for HeirSearch Division of LII.
  • Make initial contact with heir(s) of an estate and  secure signed agreement. Actively follow up with prospecting for new potential clients by daily interacting, establishing, and maintaining relationships with heirs of the estate on behalf of Lauth Investigations International, Inc. to secure customer agreement
  • Diligently obtain heir information and assist the client in completion of necessary documentation required by the court(s) to release an asset to beneficiaries or heirs
  • Create, send the heir agreement via electronic or regular mail and as well as assisting heirs with signing the heir agreements
  • Determine claimant and cases' requirements by reviewing the case; determining need for case; reviewing information and set the approaching plans for the case to help heirs recovering their entitlement from estate
  • Provide comprehensive case management services to all heirs including intake assessment, progress monitoring of new and pending cases.
  • Liaison between heir(s) and attorney to monitor progress of each cases and obtain necessary document needed for the case
  • Educate the client (also commonly referred to as “heir”) of the asset(s) in probate and its origin in a knowledgeable, friendly and professional manner
  • Provide ongoing support to all heirs by maintaining consistent communication, and support to heir of the open cases throughout the claim process
  • Input correct data regarding heir information, open cases and case status into the LII provided client contact database
  • Maintains heirs' records by reviewing case notes, logging events and progress.
  • Provide weekly or monthly report for claim stat on HeirSearch Division
  • Ensure that all documents sending to the Attorney on behalf of claimant are completed and valid.
  • Answer and respond to heir and attorney via phone and email or any other forms of communication.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing HeirSearch Division results data and trends, compiling statistics
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Consistently participate in Lauth continuing education programs designed to maintain compliance with ever-changing state regulations, processes, and forms. Such programs include but are not limited to, Webinars, Podcasts and other career development opportunities
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support LII
  • This role will require the incumbent to answer business related phone calls outside the normal business work day from time to time

Compensation:
  • Salary based on experience.
  • Case Manager will receive incentive for every signed heir agreement received for valid/entitled heir to the estate
